What to expect
This is a small site, so replies come from a person and not from a ticket system. Anything that needs an answer gets one, usually within a couple of business days. Bug reports may not get a reply at all if the fix is quick — the fix ships instead, and the game simply starts working.
Reporting a bug well
Four details turn a report we cannot reproduce into one we can fix in an afternoon: which game, which browser and version, which device or operating system, and what you did immediately before the problem. "The 2048 board froze after I pressed undo twice on Safari on an iPhone" is worth ten times more than "your game is broken". If your browser has a developer console and you can see a red error message, pasting that line is the single most helpful thing you can do.
Requesting a game
Requests are welcome and they do influence what gets built next. Two practical limits worth knowing. We only build games whose rules are free to implement, so anything tied to a trademarked brand, a licensed property or a specific commercial product is out. And every game here has to work with a thumb on a phone, which rules out formats that need a keyboard with ten fingers.
Corrections
If a guide gets something wrong, tell us and quote the sentence. We would rather fix a paragraph than defend it. Every figure on this site that describes difficulty or timing is an estimate from our own play testing, and if one of those estimates is badly off for you, that is also worth reporting.
Privacy of what you send
The form sends your name, email, chosen topic and message to our own inbox by email. We use that address only to reply, we do not add you to any list, and we do not sell or share it. Details are in the privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, payment details or anything sensitive through a contact form.
