Free browser games you can finish on a coffee break

Every game here loads in one tab, works with a keyboard or a thumb, and keeps your best score on your own device. No account, no install, no launcher. Below each game you get the part most game sites skip: how to actually get better at it.

Slow games. You lose to your own bad planning, never to a bad frame rate.

Arcade & reflex

Short runs, instant restarts. The kind of game that eats four minutes without asking.

3 games

Memory & attention

Games that quietly measure how much you can hold in your head at once.

Why this site exists

Most "free games" pages are a thin wrapper around someone else's game, three redirects and a pop-up. Boss Games is the opposite bet: a small number of games, each written from scratch in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with no third-party game frames and no login wall. If a game here feels slow, that is a bug we can fix, not a business model.

How the randomness works

Every shuffle, mine placement and tile spawn comes from your browser's cryptographic random number generator, drawn through a rejection loop so that no value is slightly more likely than its neighbours. It is more care than a card game needs, and it means a bad run really was luck.

Your scores stay yours

Best scores, times and preferences live in your browser's local storage on your own device. There is no account to create and no score to upload, which also means clearing your browser data clears your records. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
